A. When would you like the sweeper ? Day & Time.
Are you flexible on time and scheduling ?
On our first project job of the day. ALL-WAY Sweeping Service will arrive within 5 minutes of the agreed time. The 2nd project and third of the day is more flexible as we never can tell if the previous job runs long
(or short). If you can be 100% flexible as to the show up time, we offer a 1.5 hour plus travel time travel minimum pending location from our shop or last sweep location.
B. How long will you need the sweeper ?
Your best estimation is all thats needed. At ALL-WAY we try to schedule some "oops factor" so if you order a sweeper for 4hrs. and it goes to 5hrs., its ok. Changing from 4 hours to 8 hours in the same day may not always be possible. Changing from an 8 hour "all day" sweeping service to a half day can pose problems as we turned down work to reserve your spot. We will gladly send a representative to your site if your unsure in scheduling a sweeper. It is ALL-WAY's commitment to provide the highest level of customer service.
C. What type of work are we sweeping for ?
This makes sure we ask the right questions and know what to look for on the job site. Sweeping for a sealcoat job is treated differently than sweeping before a spring or fall clean up.
D. Do you have a legal place to get water for dust control ?
Though water is relatively inexpensive pending your location, each city and town decides how to account and bill for water usage. ALL-WAY sweepers work several different cities or towns in a single day, It is essential that we rely on the contractor and/or customer to make prior arrangement. Sweepers can be filled from our facility for your job, travel time incurs as we may be a few streets over from your site and need to travel back to our facility to fill up (not recommended). We can supply a water truck if requested, additional charges to apply for this service. Our sweepers can be filled up from "metered" fire hydrants or even garden hoses(10-15 minutes). All of ALL-WAY sweepers carry the necessary hydrant hoses,water key,and wrenches including a 25' garden hose.
E. Do you have a legal place to leave the debris ?
Yes, ALL-WAY arrives at all jobs emptied. When we finish the job, we rely first on the contractor and/or customer supply us with a legal place to dump. In most cases we have established relationships with the proper facilties to handle your debris including the screaning process. If it must be hauled to a landfill, to make prior arrangements with us and pay the additional hauling and applicable disposal fees.
F. What about PO's or other paperwork ?
If you have internal paperwork that should be sent or referenced with our billing, please provide this to us before job commences. Please remember these are your internal financial controls, Your vendors simply use these as a courtesy to help speed up payment.
